About the event:
This Mindfulness event is inspired by ancient Buddhist & Yoga techniques to impart deep relaxation. A carefully curated combination of physical movement, breath movement & philosophical discussions are in the order.
Physical movements with pauses in specific poses allow the body to let go of the deeply rooted stress.
Special Breathing techniques shall help to release your vital energy trapped in the loop of thoughts.
Mindfulness philosophy for your intellect to get better understanding of your mind and get inspiration for winning over it.

About the Instructor

Manas is a writer and Mindfulness coach. After practicing for some years and witnessing the transformative power of Mindfulness and Yoga, he decided to share the knowledge with others. He transitioned his career from a fast-paced corporate life to a minimalist, spiritual & conscious living. He has been offering coaching to others looking for transformation in their professional or personal life and aligning themselves toward a more spiritual way of living. His strong belief is that learning to control the mind through discipline is essential to tackling growing mental health issues and elevating to a higher conscious living of selflessness and peace. He founded Revealed Consciousness in 2024 to promote spiritual growth and mental wellness.
🕛Schedule:
- Yoga stretching: 30 minutes of physical movement with pauses in specific poses.
- Mindful breathwork: 15 minutes of full yogic breathing followed by 15 minutes of mindfulness breathing.
- Mindfulness Philosophy: 20 minutes of discussion on Buddhist Mindfulness philosophy and its importance in realising peace in the daily busy life follwoed by Q&A.
Important Notes:
- Please arrive 10-15 minutes early.
